When ACH debits are initiated using a new counterparty, the funds are held for 5 business days. For each subsequent ACH debit to that same counterparty, ACH debits are held for 3 days (If over $25,000) or 2 days (if below $25,000). 

It is important to note that business days do not include weekends, bank holidays, or any other calendar days in which FinClusive is not in operation. A delay of one extra business day may also be incurred when an ACH transaction is initiated after cutoff, which is at 3:30PM EST
